Pen mark on blind

A lovely 2 year old has written on my vertical blind, the fabric is cream kind of faux suede. As i wasnt there at the time and nobody will tell me im not sure whether it is biro, felt tip, wax crayon or colouring pencil but it is definately red! It is pinkish around the marks now as someone decided they would try to remove it with a baby wipe so that i wouldnt know, i wish it had been left alone as i fear it may have been made worse. Please can someone tell me how to get it off? Many thanks.

If it's biro, I followed a tip from another person on here to get marks off a leather suite and cream throw. Spray the area with hairspray, and then wipe off gently. Believe it or not, it works.
