Been trying for past couple of hours or so. Got through once but speed at which instruction was given took me by surprise and I had to hang up without recording my details. All subsequent attempts have been met with "The switch failed to route your call" message. I'm angry!

I didn't expect to be asked about one of my answers either. I panicked and put down the phone......calmer the second time thank goodness!
Keep trying, trastevere, it's all pure luck anyway. I really don;t think it's much to do with all those questions and puzzles.
