03 jag clutch

hello i have had my garage in the garage for a week they have said my clutch has gone and told me it needs a new cluch a flywheel and a cam unit and told me it will cost �1425 this sounds very expensive to me does anyone know if this is about right thanks paul

well,i should think the parts come to �700/800 if they are genuine parts,and the labour at �60/70 a hour,plus vat,sounds about right to me,but get a quote from another garage to compare.
