Can someone refresh my memory (mammary?) as to how bra cup sizes are calculated?

For example if you measure 32" underneath your boobs and 38" around your boobs, then the difference is 6" which is a 'what size' cup?

LOL topo, think I may have already been in your pub, several times!
Any time you need a fitting babe!
You are one strange woman to wonder about this now... what were you wearing on your chest for the last few years? Just go to Marks and Spencers and get your bra size checked there. They do it for free and will probably be happy to explain everything to an overgrown bimbohead like you.
