Nose piercings

Im 13 and want to get my nose pierced. im sure about my decision and i have my mums permission and everything.

any advice?

I think you'll find the 'distasteful comments' are for your own good! So you know what may happen to your body.

I would not have allowed my children to have piercings at such a young age and thankfully they never have. It is totally irresponsible of your mother to say 'yes'.

To stand out in a crowd, one must be 'different' - not jump on the band wagon with all the other silly little girls!

Dont do it...in my opinoin it looks nasty. Piercings and tattoos, I think, are personal so get them done in places where they cant be seen but you know they're there. then if it turns out you dont actually like it then it doesn't matter because no one else is going to see it and if you do like it then hey result! :o )

Just think about it before you go steaming in ahead!

I;ve got my nose pierced and even at 25 my mum wasnt best pleased and banned me from the house for a while :-) But I have the tiniest stud in it. Just make sure you have it done properly by this I mean with a needle rather than a gun. With a gun it will scar and you will always have a big hole there. If it is done with a needle it is less likely to scar and if you ever want it to heal up it wont leave a mark.

As for the story that i am not a 13 year old girl - how sweet :P
Just because i'm mature for my age does not mean that im faking to be 13! Your evidence......a question regarding some boots i purchased of eBay - well sorry i didn't realised that there's an age limit to purchasing SIZE 3 footwear of the internet.................

Anyone is entitled to use the AB. if the minimum age is set as being 13 then doesn't that say something about all you lot saying that AB is only for adults?

I say do it!
I had things pierced in my teens and its really not the end of the world if you decide you dont like it in a years time or whatever. a tiny little hole on your nose is nothing compared to the wrinkles that come too quickly as you get older anyway!

Go enjoy yourself just always keep it clean ;) x
