How embarrassing

Ok did something utterly stupid again yesterday (no suprises there) At lunch I went to go to shop but couldnt as didnt have my purse on me so went home to get it. After work went to shop again, picked up loads of stuff, got to counter and then realised I didnt even get my purse earlier so kind of looked at bloke and said 'ooh hang on I've forgot something' picked up basket and ran off, then had to go round shop putting everything back on shelves.

Saying that, my mum left me in my pram in Woolworths. She got all the way home (a mile's walk) and dad asked her where I was, and she had forgotten all about me! Apparently, she'd pusehed the pram to the end of the checkout and then wandered off with her shopping, minus me! They both then ran back into town and I was still there - nobody even wanted to steal me!

Then another time, she drove the fifteen miles from hme to the hospital when I was about 15months, packed the car with all the baby things you need only to get to the hospital to realise she'd left me on the sofa at home.

Dozy mare, it's no wonder I am the way I am.

I have quite often forgotten my purse but luckily only when Ive gone to the little convinience shop along the road so it only takes me a couple of minutes to quickly go and get it.

Once I left shopping on the shopping trolley at tesco. I had got rather a lot and hung a couple of loaded carrier bags on the hook on the trolley. Unloaded the shopping into the car and put the trolley back. It wasnt until I was home unpacking and thinking there was a lot missing that I realised what I had done.

I thought Mr P had put the kids stuff in the car, he thought I had. Easy to do, I suppose!

I didn't even find out until we got there.

My mum left me outside the Co-Op when I was a baby. Fair play to her, she had only just had me and forgot she had a baby. Actually she has carried on forgetting too, as I hardly ever see or speak to her ;o)

You actually knew, whereas we were blissfully unaware.

I hope you remind red of this now and again, it's always a good one to pull out of the bag :-D
