Drinking?...

How much drinking is normal? not what the doc's say on TV. What do you think normal people drink, per night, per week?

Not much...
Or at least I don't believe people should. Only to celebrate I think, alcohol is a depressant, drinking gets you nowhere, unless you're out having fun. Generally.

Depress my self to a bottle of wine most nights. But it used to be half a litre of spirts....

The docs also tell you not to smoke or take on stress.....
would be a nice life wouldn't it......
