I have the above phone and recently have been sent what I assume is a photo message. Only the stupid phone won't let me open it. And the only text appearing on the bloody thing is a load of gobbledy gook!! It gives me an option to open URL but then says the requested server does not have a DNS entry. How on earth do I get my picture??!!!!???!

click on multimedia message .mine is the samsung e 700

go on line and ensure you have the corect settings sent to your phone
go via the samsung web site

when i first had the d 600 it was a great help

Sorry I am not very technichal my mulimedia where all pictures are sent to is underneath messages list but your phone may be different even though it is still samsung.

I'm not very technical either. So don't worry! Think I'll look on samsung website for a hint. Or just take it back to the O2 shop and get them to sort it!!

if you are on o2 then check your tarrif some of their tarrifs dont allow multi media messaging
