I got the court to reduce a child maintainance order payments to my ex-wife as I have lost my job.

If I find a job, should I apply to the court for this to be re accessed or my ex-wife has to do that? Or should I propose an amount using the CSA's guidelines and pay it all the same?

Normally when making the reduction of maintenance order the judge / magistrate tells you in his pronouncement that you must inform the court if there is a change in your circumstances
