I collect rustic looking owl ornaments, along with cats, faires, pixies, thimbles, etc... Take a look on http://images.google.com there are some beautiful owl cakes.

Cutting a cake into the shape of an owl is more trickier than you would expect (for me anyway).  Thanks for the google pics guys, it's given me some ideas. Now to get baking...
