sorry never done daffs vefore but kids are keen. Rougly when can you plant and when do they flower

Plant bulbs from now to December ( I've even planted in January , they were just a bit later!) make sure you plant at the correct depth usually about 4 inches for daffodils , they can sometimes not flower if not.

I'd just add that 4 inches should be to the top of the bulb not the depth of the hole
