I remember an old Hammer horror film and can't remember the title - can anyone help? Peter Cushing plays the proprietor of an antique and curiosity shop. Each time a customer buys an object, it brings them disaster, so the film contains three or so stories as we follow the fortunes (or misfortunes) of each customer and their purchase. Thanks.

From beyond the Grave (1973)
Oh, and it wasn't a Hammer film it was an Amicus film (sorry for being pedantic).
The reason these customers met a grisly end was because they each tried to rip off the proprietor (swapping price tags, pocketing stuff, running off without paying etc) so the film had a moral tale to it, of sorts
Was one of the customers David Warner? I think I remember it...
Correct Waldo! Peter Cushing was the proprietor and other actors included Diana Dors, Ian Carmichael, Donald Pleasence. Ian Oglvy, Jack Watson and Lesley-Anne down.
