That's interesting and it may not be related, but when I had all the trouble posting, I got a notification that I had got lowsaver worm on my pc. Norton dealt with it but I did wonder if there was any connection but dismissed the idea

All the hackers are currently in Body and Soul posting obscene things, and changing the posters' names from one minute to the next.

PS: The pub! They should be ashamed! (although I'm jealous)

I don't think the site is being hacked.  When you go to your details and change your user name it changes the name on all the posts you have already made as well. That's all thats happening.

Don't agree Shipstabber. Because someone with exactly the same username as me is posting questions and answers that I definitely haven't written.

trust me - this IS being hacked as I have also had my email hacked now and had to completely redo my member details here to prevent anything more happening.

 

to the extent I cant even remember the damned stupid email address I made up rofl so now I wont be able to get bak in the site
