I then purchased a Garmin 250, it�s a dream to use, even Carol my wife can use it its so simple.
What you have to remember is that all Satnav systems have their failings IE, they appear to not always take you down the shortest or best route.
A final tip is that you need to shop around for the best deal, I purchased mine from Halfords, if you buy one from the shop its a considerably more than if you buy the exact same item online from Halfords, I saved about �40 by buying the same item from Halfords on the net.

I have used tom tom for a few years and bought a tom tom one Europe V2 a few months ago. It can find a route from the north of Scotland to the south of Spain (and anywhere in between) with garages, hotels, and loads of other features on the way. Plus 'safety cameras'. It is one of the less expensive models but is easy to use and works very well.
