bt home hub and braodband

I have it gina,it does have some issues sometimes.lol. Like when it suddenly decides to drop the bloody internet connection like mine did last night,then it wouldn't let me back on for half an hour.

the broadband isnt to bad its the phone that keesp cuting out midway through a conversation thast gets on my nerves

I don't actually use the phone that came with it,in fact I couldn't tell you the number without looking it up.lol. Have you got BT Vision as well?

Hey Gina,

I have to say I haven't had any problems with mine, apart from the fact that I've locked myself into an 18 month contract and the cost seems to have rocketed.

I think I only have about 6 months left, so I will start looking for something cheaper!

no just the phone as i get free calls on it, only use the phone to make calls not to accept calls, soon as my contract is up im getting rid

i know what you mean banjobabe, i did the same didnt realise it would work out so expensive i have 5 months left on my contract and am looking around to see whats better

I didnt wait for my contract to end, I moaned at them until they ended iot, Im at virgin media now which is better ( up to now)

I have this but I don't use the phone. I haven't had much trouble with the internet (it's better than the modem we had previously). Didn't think the cost was too bad - they have just reduced my monthly repayments as they ended up owing me money.

The broadband works ok for me but since we've hqad it the quality of the phone line is appalling and as you all say very expensive. I'll also be looking for something else when my contract is up.
I also have the softphone stuff but never used it as it's such a faff...waste of money

i was having trouble with the phone and moaned to bt and they eventaully said they would send an engineer to sort it out, the engineer came and said he had come to fix the broadband! ( just about sums bt up)when i explained it was the phone he said that they were the biggest load of crap and they have so many complaints about them
