overheard conversation

What would you do if you overheard this. Two ladies standing in street and phone rings . lady answers and says "we are in city and we are in a mess"..I heard no more as I was past them by then but ever since then I have been wondering what the problem was,was it solved and ought I to have admitted I could not help overhearing her and offering to help..Would you think it was none of your business and do nothing or play the part of a good samaritan.?

wendilla, they could of been saying they were in a mess, as they were lost, or in a mess about buying christmas presents.

I think I would of just ignored it, unless one of the ladies was in tears or seemed really upset. Then I would of asked if they were OK

i would walk on and forget it , or say snap ,christmas is a busy time , and stressful .
