I have asked this question 3 other times and still havent received an answer!

I used to receive an email when someone replied to one of my questions. This doesnt happen any more. Is it because:
the rules of the site have changed?
I have to change my settings?
the new answerbank is affecting it?
some other reason?
Don't know why this question hasnt been answered before. People have said that they have had the same experience but they can't say why it is happening.
