My PC cant read my CD's/DVD's !! Help

HI

Up until two weeks ago my computer was reading CD's & DVD's with no problem. Now when i put anything in...it shows that there is a disk in the drive but when i open the file there is no information and it wont read it.

If anyone could help on this it would be extreamly appreciated.
