Cinema advert for The Independent (or some other newspaper). The one where various members of the public comment on various things eg 'Do sharks know they're not found in these waters?'. The music was a long instrumental jazz-like piece, at the end a deep Nina Simone-like vocal came in with 'Oh yeah'. What was it?
I think it was an advert for The Guardian and the piece of music is SINNERMAN by NINA SIMONE. It originally appeared on her 1965 album PASTEL BLUE but can be found on some best ofs including the COMPACT NINA SIMONE.
