what curries can i add this to, in india it is called methi?

you can buy Methi in either fresh green bunches like you would coriander, in its seed form which are little brown square shaped or in a ground powder form. It goes really well in fish curries but if you use the seeds/powder it is better to use a little since it can be quite bitter in taste. You could try using the fresh Methi in a dish where it has Saag in the name although Saag is spinech (or both) the fresh leaves and stalks can be used in making 'bhajis' or an asian style pancake made of chuppaty flour, spices & fresh chopped methi. hope this helps
