im need help!!!!
basically.....my periods are NEVER late...they are often early but not late...i normally start my period 3 weeks after my last period and on the day my last period stopped but i am now 6 days late for my period. ive been having unprotected sex with m y boyfriend for a few months..i know its stupid...but i have been getin cramps in my lower back like a period but just nothing has come... is it worth me doing a test and when would be the best time to take one? HELLPP!!

Hey Bubsy,

the only way you will know for sure is to do a test. Then you will be able to decide what to do next.

AND STOP HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX IF YOU DO NOT WANT A BABY.

Why on earth would you not use protection?
Have you not heard of STIs and babies? Since it sounds like you don't want to have a child.

go to chemist and buy a test.

make sure you read and understand instructions before using it.

If pregnant speak to a responsible adult or your GP about your options

If not pregnant, speak to your GP about precautions that you will remember to use / take.

Condoms are always advisable at very least because they reduce risk of catching STDs

You can do a pregnancy test any time from the day your period is due. I would suggest using a Clear Blue test, as these to me are the better and more accurate ones to use.
