Hi, we have booked our holiday to Benidorm in June 08 on the internet, this is the first time we have done it this way, we are going with Freedom Direct Holidays, staying at Terralta Apartments. There has since been bad reviews on the company, mainly that when you get to your accomodation it has not been booked.
Is there a way to find out the e-mail address of the apartments so we could confirm our booking before we go.
We're new to all this.

They are a bit worrying as they only act as agents making your booking with other companies and they accept no responsibility once the booking is made. Any problems that occur when you arrive - or before - therefore will have to be taken up with the actual company Freedom have booked the holiday with - not Freedom themselves.

You would be much better off booking with an online travel company like First Choice, Portland Direct, Thomson's etc rather than an agent. They have reps in the resort.

thanks for all your replies. The e-mail address has been very helpful.

I'm thinking of finding out how much we would loose if we cancelled. We didn't pick the cheapest as we though we would be best going for a mid range price, but since I've found more bad reviews since we booked, I know most people give bad reviews and not a lot post good ones, we are quick to complain not to praise.

To be honest I don't know what to do, the apartments are closed for the winter so I can't check with them.

they are ABTA bonded, or we wouldn't have pick them. but thats not much use until you get back.
