missing files

when i start up pc ,a warning window with red cross,says zkrunonce exe could not be found@rps exe could not be found unable to open clbr.dll, what does this mean ,and can i rectify it ,or restore it if so how?, be grateful if anyone can help ty

tried removing pc guard ,but comes up error report ,how i get ri
d of it?,got cc cleaner ,does that shift it ?help a pc novice..thks neil
