How do people who are forced through circumstances to live in a car (and move around the country looking for work), get motor insurance without a bricks and mortar address or indeed any particular area/city which they can relate to?

Can you use an address fr your post to be directed to? A friend or relative? Or open up a post box? The bricks and mortar address relates mainly to correspondence.
