Whenshould we hear?
Just over 3 weeks ago, my son was involved in a driving accident which was his fault. Someone was slightly injured and the police told him it was out of their hands and what happened next was up to whether the injured person pressed charges. They said he should hear in 2 weeks time. We haven't heard and wait for the post every day. Would we be told if no charges were pressed? Are we still likely to hear? Has anyone had any experience of this?

Depends on what they could get you for - careless driving? dangerous driving? I would think that the Police are talking nonsense as, to proceed with a prosecution, they will have already collected the necessary evdience.
