Title of film

I watched a film ages ago on TV.. and i cant remember what it was called. Well these people find a small dog.. and they go to monticarlo or some place and they take it with them and there's a reward for the dog's return... so they go to this house but the owner is dead... and then they see the person who killed her in the bushes and he runs off... and i cant remember the rest but it has a casino in it too. Anyone know what the film's called ?

The film is called "Once Upon a Crime", released in 1992 and starring John Candy, James Belushi, Cybill Shepherd and Sean Young.
