How can I take a section of damaged tiles from within good tiles?  For some reason the glaze on four tiles has started to drop off, I have got plenty of spares to replace them, I just cant get the damaged ones off.

drill into the tile or break the glaze by tapping with a corner of a screwdriver in the centre of the tile get underneath the tile and carefully break out the pieces
