Seriously, I just did an IMDb search on joint ventures and came up with nothing, and didn't come up with any connection. Having said that, both Rolf and Basil were a lot bigger names in the past, and I actually find it unlikely that they didn't.

I can see Basil in the future writing his memoirs.
