cavegirl boots

i'm going to a halloween party as a cavegirl but don't know what to wear on my feet.  where can i get the right kind of boots for cheap (pref under �20)?

was thinking of these:

 but they are only slippers and i don't know how they'd hold up all night!

Why not get some old boots from a charity shop and cover them with pieces of furry material from a fabric shop? You could get off cuts I'm sure, and would cost less than �20!

How about a pair of those hairy apr�s-ski boots?  You should find them in the shops now.

Clubbers furry boots, me and my friend made our own. Get some leg warmers and sew/ attach faux far in strips from the top to the bottom. That should be really cheap, I think Charity shop would be a good idea too. Get some old boots and go mad with decorations, that way you won't end up looking like someone else! Good luck!

my friend went to a party as Cavegirl with no shoes on... I asked her what she was wearing on the way to the party, (on the Tube!) she just grunted 'Cavegirl doesn't wear shoes...'

I got some ugg-style boots from pilot recently for �20 which I think is a bargain. if you fold down the tops they've got the sheepskin stuff over which is quite cavey? they come in blue, pink and brown so if you get the brown ones I reckon they'd look cool and you can keep them after and wear them all the time!
