what helps ? no I'm sure he doesn't read the answerbank probably spends more time telling customer care people how to not admit that his company has more of your money that they care to admit

no virgin media say to you ooh its so easy you know you can pay us by direct debit and its cheaper cause you will have to pay a 5 pounds charge if you pay any other way. ok I say direct debit then they make a mistake and overcharge me by 50 � I phone and tell them they say its put right and I still get billed 50 � more than I owe then I have to phone 3 times each time getting to admit I am in credit by a bit more..... just crazy NEVER EVER let virgin media take money by direct debit and I don't need to wonder why I wait ages to get thru to customer care, I often don't get my bill, well now I have cancelled the direct debit will have to pay 5 pounds more for the peace of mind of getting my bills (oh bet they'll never fail to send one again) and I'll pay when I get the bill and IF its correct

never had any problem with them , everytime they try to put it up I say I am leaving and they miraculously come up with a new deal .. amazing , virgin has made a difference to the old NTL which you've got to admit was a flippin rubbish , I mean who on earth would buy a company with its track record for crap customer service ??
Branson has certainly made a difference to them , but as my teacher used to say on my reports ...must try even harder .....

the answer is simple he bought ALL cable companys in england so he has full MONOPOLY on cable you want cable you have to have virgin I have been treated most unfairly people don't seem to know what they are doing down there and thats very good for them when they overcharge you and then forget......THAT THEY HAVE 60 � of YOUR money, why on earth do you have to pay +10 on the instalation that they will credit to you ? if they remeber.

reminds me of the treatment I got from british gas and guess what I left british gas and went back to powergen and a powergen customer sefvice they said I was not the first to say I was fedup with britis gas

unfortunatly due to above mentioned monopoly on the cable service its not the same
