sending text via e mail attachment

I want to send a form by e mail but when i copy it and open in microsoft word it's all techno language ie squares and stuff. how can i send this form over so that it can be read by my recipient?

The best way of sending such things via email is to print it first into PDF. If you are using a Mac you will find a PDF button in print dialog box. If you are using Windows - install first CutePDF. Once your form is in PDF you can attach it as a document to you email and your recipient will receive it without any change. It will be ready to print.
