Problems with Orange

Didn't know which section to post this in, but is anyone else having problems with Orange ? All I want to do is buy a text bundle and it won't let me due to technical problems at their end but this has been gone on for weeks now. I rang customer services and was told to type in my number only to be told it hadn't been recognised. All I want to do is talk to somebody instead of all these automated messages. I'm going to scream cos I am so pi**ed off with them. Arggghhh!!!!!!
