Searching and adverts
2 Answers
I was searching the AB site for a particular word. I put the word in the Search field at the top, pressed Site and then Go.
The middle of the window filled with loads of adverts, so I assumed it had found no search results.
I tried searching on all sorts of words, and each time the middle of the window filled with adverts, but no search results.
Then after one search I happened to scroll down, and there was all my search results listed AFTER the adverts.
In my case all the adverts had been off the bottom of the screen, and I am using a 19" screen.
This is very poor usability.

For a few searches I did .... I didn't realise at first that your results were out of sight, after so many adverts.
Very annoying and lack of thinking through by those responsible for this site .....
The more chaos like this I witness (especially on-going over the Beta site and its effect on the original site) the more plain it becomes that the site management and those responsible for the actual website operations are lacking in ability and/or experience to do their jobs.
