Kazaa Plus

Has anyone tried this? It costs $30 but has no ads or pop-ups and is supposed to give more results and faster downloads. I know it's not a lot of money but I would like to know if it's any better than the normal Kazaa before buying. Hmmm - maybe I could just download it off Kazaa!

You could download it from kazaa but im sure the program makers have thought of that and made it really difficult to reuse/copy/make up serial numbers etc.!!! The benefits you talk about can be gained from just downloading kazaa lite for free from www.k-lite.tk but if you're an experienced user you'll know about this.

Yes, I'm already using Kazaalite but I still get pop-ups (notably when I minimise or close the program) and with this version you can 'search more' to add to your hits fifteen times instead of once that is allowed on the free version. On the other hand I don't imagine this Plus version will be able to do anything about the plethora of bogus and misnamed files currently on Kazaa and I'm also concerned that I'll shell out my $30 and then Kazaa will be shut down!

Popups.. something else you never see on winmx.. nope, my temptation to add Kazaa, lite or not, to my arsenal is fading.

Don't know if it because I am on Broadband, but I never get pop ups on KazAa-Lite.

You can do search more with the latest version of Kazaa lite. It sounds like you need to do an update. Ive not heard of Kazaa+ - sounds like a riip off. When you install Kazaa lite dont forget to opt to install the supertrick (its not selected by default) this replaces yours HOSTS file and stops a lot of the pop-ups working. Have you scanned your pc for spyware? get the latest version of adaware.
