Yes, it was mine too, especially as it's a time when you really need sleep! Well some people say use silk sheets, but as we don't have them I used a big piece or sarong-type material which was quite slippery. I suppose you could maybe use a big dressing gown that's made of something shiny? Putting a pillow or two between my legs, as well as reducing the pain a little, also seemed to help with turning over.
The pillow seems to keep your hips aligned where they should be, rather than letting them slip into the painful positions they can now go into because of your loose ligaments.
Poor you having so much sickness too. I hope that wears off and you get at least a few weeks off! Thanks, it's reassuring to know that some people don't get the hip problems the second (or third) time round :)
