anyone know is this bank does debit cards for 13 year olds??

Couldn't tell you but there are plenty of pre pay cards now. I should think though that being 13 and not earning, the answer would be no.

The HSBC MyMoney accounts (eligible ages 7-17) offer a Solo card to 13-17 year-olds and may offer at their discretion a Maestro card to working 16 and
17 year-olds.
