Thrush problem
13 Answers
I am not sure i should mention this here, but i have a thrush problem. It seems to be getting worse by the day. I have had this now for about six months, i have tried all the usual things but to no avail, i am sure someone out there on the AB has had this problem and can offer me some sensible advice, i really am at my wits end with it. There is no one i know here that i think can help. the AB seems my only hope at the moment. To add to it all one of them built a nest in my xmas decorations.

Have you tried a Diflucan capsule? They are expensive at around 12, but it is effective. Many of the larger chemists stock a generic (non-branded) version that is about half the price of Diflucan. Just ask for a fluconazole capsule (around 6). GynoDaktarin cream is good too. Use them both at the same time.

Thanks whiffey, had i actually got a vagina i am sure your link would be extremely useful, saying that there may be one in my loft and that is what is causing my thrush problem. I can't say i have seen one up there but if anyone would like to describe one to me i will pull my finger out and go and have a proper look for one.
Oh and the yoghurt, where you talking fruit or chocolate? Seems a little odd to me but you may have had worse thrush problem than anyone i have heard of.
