Bad Cold and sickness dilemma

Moral question for you good folks.

I have a dose on me, and informed my work I'd be out today - no hassles, but I do get paid when absent. Thing is, I'm actually starting to feel better - I still have the dose but I'm starting to feel human again (through a lot of sleep and medication). Should I go back in in the afternoon, or fully get better first?

Awww, stay and have the full day off- get on sofa and watch crappy daytime TV all day, it's that bad you'll be praying to go into work tomorrow morning.

Take the week off

I would take the rest of the day off, see how I felt the next morning and see whether i was able to go in the next day. If you only feel better because you're dosed up on medication, then you might feel bad when it wears off and you could infect the rest of the people in your work!

Guys - wish I'd taken your advice. I actually went in, cazza is right - only felt better cos of the medication! Shattered now.
