Well apart from needing a good slap for saying 'bestest', I mean...really? I have to sort of agree, it is one of the best Christmas carols there is, but then i'm a sucker for them all, i'm even ashamed to admit that Little Donkey brings a lump to my throat.

You're lucky Netibiza. I had to go to one last night to support my son's school and it was horrible. I had to sit in a cold, damp church surrounded by christians with bad breath and smelly bums, I had to stand up and sit down every bleeding song and to top it off listen boring old fart of a vicar going on and on about god for what seemed forever.
I hate carol - and her service.

That Enya one was beautiful , my dog was even mesmerised listening to it . I always blub at carols too and can't go to midnight mass without disolving . xx

I had to go to one on Sunday that my nephew was in. Bless his soul, he ran over beforehand and told us he was only in one section and we could leave straight after. Was like an early Christmas pressie!

Heard "Stille Nacht" ( Silent Night ) sung in German by a children's choir in the Austrian village where it was written. Absolutely brilliant and so moving.
