walking 20-25 mins everyday to and from work

Would i loose any weight if i walked to and from work everyday (which takes about 20-25mins)??xx or at least tone my legs and bum up?! x

Yes you will both lose weight (unless you eat while you walk!) and tone up.

Start slowly and after a week try and walk quicker.

You'll soon see and feel a difference
How about cycling?
Before I got my parking space at work I used to walk 4 miles a day. It would take me about 50 mins. Toned my legs up nicely.

well done tiggerblue! was that 50mins to and from so would be 1hour 40 mins walking aday?
I like Bristol. My brother used to live there.
Make the walk an event not a chore. Get an ipod and listen to talking books while you walk. Buy a pedometer (Milletts or Blacks) and it will tell you how many calories you have burned off.

I pound around the cemetery twice every weekend, and with BBC Radio dramatisations running at around 2hrs 20mins that's about 10 miles worth.
