Quickly help. I have to make 3-4 pavlovas for Xmas day. I dont have tupperware dishes to keep them in.

If I make them a few days before how do I store them.

Also the whipped cream will make them soggy so I will actually do that on Xmas Eve or day. Will see.

I would just wrap them in tinfoil - you can certainly make them a few days in advance they keep well (can start now). I though would definately not do the cream until christmas day.

Don't keep meringue in the fridge, it will go sticky. Cool dry cupboard instead

I would store the merangues in an airtight container for up to 3 days...assemble just before serving.

thanks everybody for your quick response as I definitely would have put them into the fridge and that would have been a disappointment for my friends and neighbours not to be getting their pavlova. Merry Christmas everyone - have a good day.
