orange anytime sufferers

Orange anytime is closing, they are supposed to be transferring us to broadband automatically. However their emails state that they are unable to transfer us as they do not have enough details ???? Am unable to contact anyone who can help at orange , they are singularly unhelpful, my question is , is anyone else having this problem with orange & what are they doing about it ? They have been our internet provider for 5 years now. Grateful if anyone can throw any light on the subject.

They persuaded me to transfer to Home Max broadband. When I tried to instal it it would not work.
I have spent 4 hours on the phone trying to sort this out. Everyone you speak cannot do anything.
It's about time they were closed down. Who else could treat someone paying them money the way they do.
