just pulled mine out of the freezer, i thought it was 10lbs, it says it is 5175KGS, what is that in real money and how long should it defrost for? Or should I go read the destructions?

That's about 12lb in old money and I would leave it out now to defrost slowly. Read the label just to make sure of the instructions, although I tend to ignore them and do things my own way.

5175 kg is 11409 lbs, so I assume you mean 5.175 kg which is 11.4 lbs *in real money*.

Keep it frozen till xmas day and microwave it on full for three minutes, comes out perfect, trust me.

Make sure you defrost it in the fridge....should be 90% done by Mon nite.
