In that case you need to report it to the police in the first instance if you feel you're being seriously harrassed. They may be able to advise on a restraining order.

Tell as many people as possible and keep a diary of everything that they do with times, dates and if possible witnesses.

With regards to your sister dying, I'm very sorry to hear of you loss. It may be too raw to discuss it but if you need to talk there's a phone line for CRUISE who deal with berevement and they're excellent. Trust me, my mother works for them and if any of them are half as good as she is then they're amazing people.

If you're hitting the bottle, put it down and take a walk. It'll leave you worse than before. Numbness is rarely a good antidote to pain.

For a start I thought that Dibs response was tactless given he lost his sister last week -shame on you -it may be cyber space but I can assure you that when I have been in the depths ABers have been there for me and helped me through some of my darkest hours.
