How do I get mould off my shower sceen?

Hi all, I'm having probs with getting rid of mould which has been built up and has gone onto the rubber part at the bottom of the shower screen which keeps the water out. I've tried to srub it off the rubber part but its not coming out! Any suggestions or tips will be appreciated, thanks
