This isn't a news story it's just a tired "cornflake spitter" by the Torygraph who want to dig at the Government for their own reason.

Nothing has changed.

The rules are people are considered for deportion if they get a sentence of over a year for non-EU and over 2 years for EU citizens.

This is just hacks playing at politicians and stirring up those who are just looking for an excuse to rant.

Only I've not seen many posts on AB calling for all law-abiding, menially-employed asylum seekers to remain in the country. The usual moan is that they're taking our jobs/houses/culture away from us.

He was not saying we should kick out a footballer.

What he WAS saying that we allow thousands of criminal illegal imigrants, who offer NOTHING to this country, to stay here after they have been to prison.

But a footballer (who may be here illegally) but may pay thousands of pounds a year in tax whle playing football, is being considered for deportation.

Each time I have viewed 'Crimewatch' on the BBC, It would seem that on average, 7 out of 10 mugshots of persons wanted for crimes mentioned on the programme are either coloured or immigrants.Is this a distortion of the true situation in the UK ?
