Laptop:
you didnt say what your operating system was, so this will be general.
go to control panel, you will see the bluetooth icon, click it, you will then have an option to detect all devices within range, make sure your printer is switch on and bluetooth activated.
Once your laptop detects it, you will have an option to save it, or ad it to your network.
Thats it, when you want to print, click print on your document, the first time you may have to select the bluetooth printer from the drop down list, you can also go into your printers folder (in contral panel again) and set the bluetooth printer as default.
Hope this helps
