What does your contract of employment say about the payment of commission?
Question Author
Not sure about contract although i have found my offer of employment acceptance ant that says about 5 % commission.
If your offer of employment promises a 5% commission, that is a contractual arrangement and your new Regional Director cannot unilaterally change that without your consent, neither can he abolish a paid lunch break without your agreement. The ACAS website may have further helpful advice for you if he continues to try and force this through. (Arbitration and Conciliation Service).
