From personal experience, on two occasions I remember as I drove home from work the world looked orange-y. Everything seemed to have an orange cast. As it turned out, there were severe weather warnings issued (which I didn't know about) and tornadoes struck very near us both times.
One other time, I was out having dinner with my husband, when I suddenly felt funny. Not quite dizzy, but "other world-ly." I decided to go to the ladies room to splash some cold water on my face. As I stood up, everything suddenly had a yellowish tinge. The next thing I knew, I was on my back looking up at a worried crowd of people (I'd fainted). I was taken to the hospital and they ran a zillion tests, but couldn't find anything wrong.
In short, if it happens again, and there are no unusual weather conditions present, you might want to mention it to your doctor.
