Ipod Shuffle

I set it up on my dads computer which was fine and down loaded a couple of songs.

I'm not on my step dads laptop and I've plugged the shuffle in to the ISB thingy and it's not come up with that whole thing it did on my dads computer which let me download ITunes and what have you... if I open it in F drive it doesn't look anything like the thingy progrmme that came up at my dads.

Any ideas? Or just general help?

Hi China, it could be a number of things but sounds likely that the software needed to play the tunes from the shuffle is not installed on the second computer.

I think you and Legend are right. I just tried to download and run the programme link Legend sent me but my step dad has restricted my access thingies so I can't download it so looks like I'll have to wait until he comes home and then whinge a lot.

Oh he's just being a big girls blouse just becasue one time I opened something that looked interesting and he had to spend one or two hours putting his computer back together again, that ws three years a go! I'm much better at this techy type stuff now.

Christmas was quiet B but ok and birthday was a little messy in the evening but also ok. At least it's all over for another year.

Mr B says try logging out, then log on as administrator and try it with a blank password first... if fails... guess it!!!

My step dad works with computers for a living... He's passworded up to the nines Mr B but thanks for the suggestion! (I did try my mums account though and he's restriced her access too so it's nothing personal!)
